TMZ reports that former Xscape singer Tiny filed legal documentation earlier this month in Georgia’s Henry County.
The tied the knot back in 2010 and have 3 kids together – 2 sons and 1 daughter. They both also have children from previous relationships.
No word yet on the specifics, but the news comes after ample speculation about the state of their marriage.
