MVP and two-time basketball champion LeBron James  has found himself following in the soaring footsteps of the legendary Michael Jordan in many-a-way over his storied career.  However, if reports that surfaced today are to be believed, stepping onto the big screen isn’t one of them.

Indeed, the net was swarmed today with news that James signed on to star in ‘Space Jam 2’ – the sequel to Jordan’s commercially acclaimed, yet critically panned, children’s movie co-starring beloved Looney Tunes characters.

But, almost as soon as the story started to buzz, James’ camp cooled the news by slamming reports that the basketballer had the animated feature film in his sights.

As has been circulating headlines, actress Garcelle Beauvais – best known for her role as “Fancy” on “The Jamie Foxx Show” – has gone on record saying that she doesn’t exactly fancy the on-stage antics of Grammy winning songstress Beyonce.

After bidding adieu to Interscope, 50 Cent wastes no time in promoting his forthcoming ‘Animal Ambition’ LP today, unlocking a brand new visual from the June 3rd-eyeing era.

Named ‘The Funeral’, the story-telling clip marks his first under his ‘independent’ arrangement with Universal Music, who will receive 7% of all profits made from the project in exchange for distribution and support in pushing it to the masses.
