Talk about star power!

The star-studded film ‘Black Coffee’ makes its premiere today in select theaters Stateside, and, as ever, ThatGrapeJuice is spilling exclusive content from the highly anticipated film.

Starring Darrin Dewitt Henson (‘Soul Food’), Lamman Rucker (‘Why Did I Get Married’), Gabrielle Dennis (‘The Game’), and BET’s ‘Let’s Stay Together’ stars Christian Keyes & Erica Hubbard, the film’s eye-candy alone is enough to keep you glued to the screen.  But, as our recent interview with Henson and Rucker reveals, its compelling storyline is equally as attractive.

Remember Brooke Valentine?

2005 brought with it the singer’s sole hit ‘Girlfight’. Indeed, though parent album ‘Chain Letter’ featured a few gems, it garnered next to no traction. A fact which meant follow-up ‘Physical Education’ fared even worse – eventually being axed after a series of delays and the label folding.

Undeterred, the Houston, Texas native has charged on. And it appears her hustle has paid off. For, according to reports, Valentine has been cast on the soon to be launched ‘Love & Hip-Hop: LA’.

Accurately hailed as the British Grammy Awards, the BRIT Awards whipped many a fan base into a Brit-Pop frenzy last night, when they announced their nominations for its 2014 offering.

Airing live from the 02 Arena on February 19th, the ceremony will welcome the likes of Ella Eyre (pictured above) to its home to celebrate what 2013 brought to music and showcase the acts set to fare just as well in 2014.

Award season is indeed in full swing!

Not even a day after celebs in film, television, and music walked away with People’s Choice Awards does the nominations for the 2014 NAACP Image Awards get revealed.
