Launched as part of ‘The Smurfs 2‘ soundtrack, the video features a cameo from the star’s sons, who join the charismatic mother in whipping up a buzz for the flick.

In recent years, the existence of new Lil’ Kim material has become a myth of sorts. Indeed, promises of a new album have only yielded an LOL of a mixtape and an arguably lost battle with Nicki Minaj.

Still, in a bid to show that she still has “it”, the self-styled Queen B sprung a surprise on fans this morning in honour of her 39th birthday – the full version of new single ‘Looks Like Money’.

Taking to Twitter, she wrote:

Alexandra Burke is wasting no time drumming up buzz for her forthcoming album. Case, point, these new promotional snaps, which are dripping all sorts of diva.

The 24-year-old X Factor winner recently told That Grape Juice that she’s channelling a more soulful sound this go round, one she likens to “Whitney Houston-meets-Coldplay”. To bring her vision to life, the powerhouse vocalist has paired up with American mega-manger Kevin Liles and producers such as Rico Love as well as the maestro’s behind Drake’s material.

Needless to say, we can’t wait to see what Ms. Burke is cooking up — especially as it’ll dub as her US debut.

R&B star Ciara continued her 106 & Park takeover today, serving up a performance of ‘Keep On Lookin” from her new self-titled album.

The ‘Body Party’ led set is on-course to debut at #2 on the Billboard 200, a feat her residency on BET‘s flagship show will no doubt give a boost to.

Mark Romanek directs both ads for Budweiser‘s ‘Made For Music’ campaign, starring business partner Jay Z and Queen of the Hot 100, Rihanna.

Released as part of their sponsorship deal with Jay’s ‘Made In America Festival‘, the ads see both stars in their element- hard at work on respective projects, Rihanna on her clothing empire and Jay as he gears up to hit the stage.
