‘One Step At A Time’ singer Jordin Sparks is certainly taking Hollywood by storm one step at a time, as evidenced by her promo push for forthcoming film debut ‘Sparkle’ (August 17th).  Sharing the silver screen with late great Whitney Houston, the ‘American Idol’ alum had barely put the finishing touches on this film before news of her Alicia Keys-produced film (with Jennifer Hudson) was in production.

Now, in full promo swing for her current film, Miss Sparks took to ‘Redbook’s’ September issue to dish on the film, her hot new figure, and equally hot romance Haitian hitmaker Jason Derulo.

But before you can read the mag (which hits stands August 14th), catch the behind the scenes action below:

While ‘Part of Me’ performer Katy Perry has long played the part of singer, we at That Grape Juice tend to enjoy her role as fashionista a bit more.  The fierceness of such is evidenced in her latest trek with ‘Elle’ magazine.

Commanding the publication’s September issue, Katycats are undoubtedly pleased with the outcome of the ‘Hot & Cold’ hitmaker’s session with the magazine.  And while we patiently await the final touches on her next offering, get into the behind the scenes action (and finished products) of the ‘Elle’ shoot below:

Eclectic crooner Miguel is taking a colorful approach to the release of his October 2nd-due sophomore project ‘Kaleidoscope Dream’.  Leading the series of releases is first single ‘Adorn’ – which is already gaining rave reviews from critics and fans alike.

Now, to shine even more light on the single, the ‘Sure Thing’ hitmaker is unleashing the behind the scenes footage of the cut’s video (which just dropped last week).  Accompanied by the singer’s ‘Anniversary Issue’ cover of ‘Unleash’d’ magazine, get into all the action below and see a few snaps from the mag’s set after the jump:

Sheeee’s baack!

After an 8 year hiatus, Queen of Quiet Storm Anita Baker storms radio with the first single from her forthcoming, 7th studio LP ‘Only Forever’.  A remake of longtime friend Tyrese‘s ‘Lately’, the Grammy-winning alto has been getting nothing but sweet love from critics who’ve deemed the song a well-worth-waiting for return.

Sure to join the singer’s long list of favorites including ‘Sweet Love’, ‘Giving You the Best That I Got’, ‘I Apologize’, and more, get into ‘Lately’ – the latest from Miss Anita below:

‘Give It To Me Right’ belter Melanie Fiona has been making all the right moves for fans and critics of her sophomore set ‘The MF Life’.  The acclaimed set has seen three singles lifted in its support and, much to the pleasure of fans, has been confirmed to see its fourth single/video in the works.

Recently stopping by Billboard magazine’s “Candid Covers” to deliver an electric performance, see a live rendition of the song we can next expect to blast airwaves from Fiona’s second effort.

And, hear her interesting take on 90’s diva Alanis Morissette‘s signature hit ‘Ironic’ below:

Her label may turn a blind eye to it and her fans may adore her for it, but it seems Nivea have no interest in dealing with Rihanna‘s ‘outlandish‘ personality any longer.

For despite enjoying a lucrative relationship with the company, who are believed to have sponsored her visual for ‘California King Bed‘, they have given her the boot- citing her lifestyle as grounds for her dismissal.

Believe it or not, it has been six years since the release of Justin Timberlake‘s last album ‘Future Love Sex Sounds‘.

Enjoying a musical hiatus which saw him pursue some of his more dramatic passions instead, the consummate performer  has rather unfortunately had to watch his one time rival Beyonce go onto enjoy ‘budding icon’ status , and his Pop Prince crown strategically snatched by a certain Justin Bieber.

Now, the ‘Black Snake Moan’ star is readying his return to his music with a ‘crazy’ new album.

Though only three weeks remain until the 11th anniversary of Aaliyah‘s death, the drama surrounding how her post-humous career should be handled appears to be at its most ferocous.

For years, rumours of a biopic and new album have swirled and swirled, with the first proper substantiation of either manifesting in rapper Drake‘s “collaboration” with the late star, ‘Enough Said’.

Following the melee of emotions the Noah Shebib track stirred up, as well as suggestion that both Drizzy and Timbaland may be involved in an album of sorts, the ‘Rock The Boat’ singer’s brother, Rashad Haughton (pictured above), has spoken up and out.

Check out what he had to say after the jump…
