chris-brown-soulja-apology

‘Crank That’ rapper Soulja Boy has gone from cranking out disses to cranking out an apology to Chris Brown and Migos member Quavo after days of trading insults online with each.

The beefs – which saw Brown and Quavo shade Soulja into oblivion  unearth unflattering videos of the the rapper as well as wield attacks on his finance, physical appearance, and more – were called to a halt today when Soulja took to Twitter to offer the proverbial “white flag.”

This, after Brown proposed the two literally enter a boxing ring to “duke it out.”  See the video below:

mimi-ant

Viewers of Mariah Carey‘s E! show have been questioning the authenticity of the drama on the supposed “docu-series.” But it appears the drama off-camera is undeniable.

As widely reported, Mimi was left red-faced after an audio malfunction wreaked havoc on her performance on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. A performance many are alleging she attempted to lip-sync.

In the wake of the chaos, the 46-year-old’s manager and producers for the special have been trading blows in the ring of public opinion.

And while talk on both sides has turned to legal litigation, Carey is reportedly making colossal changes on her team.

It seems that for every Kim Burrell critic calling for her to be blacklisted there is a supporter armed and ready to defend her.

Arguably the most-hated woman in America following the unearthing of a Biblical-based assault launched at openly gay men and women, Burrell learned that her remarks had cost her an appearance on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show.’

Ellen’s move was lauded by those who argued Burrell’s remarks were hateful, hurtful and divisive.

However, rising from the shadows are those who believe that Burrell is being unfairly punished.

Why?

Freedom of speech.

ariana-grande-thatgrapejuice-new-single

2016 was pretty good to pint-size powerhouse Ariana Grande, we must say.

She dominated radio with the Max Martin-produced ‘Into You,’ nabbed two top 10 singles on the Hot 100 (‘Side to Side’ featuring Nicki Minaj and ‘Dangerous Woman’), and saw the trio of tunes’ parent album – ‘Dangerous Woman’ – debut in the top 10 on the Billboard 200.  Now, it appears Ari has her sights set on similar domination for 2017.

Much to the delight of her faithful fan group, #Arianators, Grande took to Twitter today to end speculation on what song from ‘Woman’ would follow the colossal hit ‘Side to Side.’

The back and forth/”he said, she said” continues between Dick Clark Productions and Mariah Carey after her abysmal ‘New Year’s Eve 2016’ live performance saw her experience a number a technical difficulties while on stage (see:  ear monitor malfunction, poor lip-syncing, etc.).

As Carey continues to be the brunt of jokes three days after the incident, her team are clapping at DCP for “intentionally setting her up to fail” – a claim the production company and its staff vehemently deny.  Now, after strong defense from her manager, Stella Bulochnikov (see more on that here), the legendary songstress is offering her own commentary on the experience she’s branded “mortifying.”

Her weigh in is followed by word from Jenny McCarthy, the NYE special’s co-host, who maintains that MC did NOT do a sound check despite claiming otherwise….
