Beyonce, along with her mother /stylist Tina Knowles, appeared on Good Morning America today. The pair discussed the Beyonce Cosmetology Center, which recently opened, their own relationship, starting a family and much more. A great watch.

Though Beyonce is currently on a break from the music scene, it hasn’t stopped the mega-star from pressing on with her charitable efforts. Yesterday (March 5th) in New York, the 28 year old officially opened the Beyonce Cosmetology Center – a place designed to give recovering addicts a chance to embark on a career in the cosmetics industry.

According to the ‘Single Ladies’ singer, her inspiration for the venture came about when she was researching drug addiction for her role as Etta James in the critcally-acclaimed ‘Cadillac Records’ movie in 2008.
