Can’t hate on her hustle…or that of her label’s.In other Rihanna news, MTV.com is reporting that the ‘Umbrella’ singer is already at work on the follow-up to ‘Good Girl Gone Bad’. I was now about to rant about how she needs to go sit down blah blah blah. Yet, it’s obvious what’s going on here. With her ‘breakthrough’ album ‘Good Girl Gone Bad’ having sold less than expected – especially after the monster that was ‘Umbrella’ – the label are gonna try squeeze out as much as they can from her marginally talented self.

I’m sorry but it’s obvious Rihanna is a one hit per album type of “artist”. This is apparent by her releasing an album every summer since she’s been out. They are making it seem as if it’s Rihanna is truly being on her grind and I’m not saying she’s not But the fact of the matter is that until she has extremely successful follow up singles she’ll be sticking to this formula forever.

when i’ve seen rihanna on tv doing interviews she seems like i really nice chick so i hate to go on th negative… her singing voice is not all that i.e unfaithfull is PAINFULL to listen to – she cannot dance to save herself & her videos lack meaning and power and dont have any unique impact. to me she is manufactured purely driven by her record company. she is severely OVERRATED! Janet, beyonce, mariah, madonna – get yourselves back on the scene ASAP!!!

GGGB- I LOVE IT!! So glad I bought it. I hated her and her voice before that album e.g.Unfaithful was disgusting. If it’s as good then I’m getting it.

I think Good Girl Gone Bad did very well as did Umbrella, Rihanna has released 4 songs off it already, all of which were top 20 hits in the U.K & U.S. So if she wants to work on a new album theres nuffin wrong with that
THe guy who poseted on the 31 taling about not having a hit follow up single doesnt even know what he is talking about. She has had ten singles and 7 made the top ten, 2 hit 1#, and one hit 2#. Her last album has had 4 singles and 3 went top 10 and her album sold 4 million world wide. So please with this 1 hit per album type artist B.S
