Ke$ha Talks About Rihanna: “She’s An Incredible Performer, Singer”

Published: Friday 16th Apr 2010 by Trent

While discussing the launch her tour with fellow ‘it’ girl Rihanna and her views on Nicki Minaj’s departure from the venture, Ke$ha offered the singer some rather peculiar praise for the Bajan model. Both women will be sharing a stage during the ‘Last Girl On Earth Tour’ this summer. Check out what she had to say about Rihanna below:

“I hadn’t heard that. Is that true? Oh, that’s a bummer,” she said. “I have no idea why and I hadn’t even heard that, but that’s a bummer.” She went on to say she had to think for a while about who she’d like to see replace Minaj on the tour. “I’ll get my wheels turning. I wasn’t aware of that, but I’ll totally think about it. I mean, I’m just so excited to be on the same stage as Rihanna. She’s obviously an incredible performer, singer, woman. So that tour’s going to be so much fun.”

I wonder if Ke$ha was even sober while making these comments? Either way, I doubt Ke$ha would have said anything to the contrary given the fact she could be easily removed from the tour’s bill. For anyone to claim that Rihanna is “an incredible performer, singer” without alcohol or a publicist involved, it would be a bad sign for the future of the industry.
