Christina Aguilera and fellow vocal powerhouse Leona Lewis will be touring the US this summer. Tickets will be available for the 20-city show via Live Nation from May 19th. Furthermore, Aguilera’s camp has thrown in something extra for her fans who purchase tickets for the tour before June 4: they will receive a download code for a digital copy her ‘Bionic’ album on June 7. A 20 city tour??? What happened to Aguilera kicking off her world tour in July by touring the US, Europe, Asia and Australia? I guess Aguilera’s team decided to change their minds, seeing as how the general public hasn’t even warmed up her “coming back.”

Also prince gave away his album with tickets when he did a 30 date sell out concert at the o2 in the UK it was a brilliant idea and Prince was the highest earning artist of that year becuase of it, Music has changed rapidly you have to be on your feet with creative promotional ideas, well done to Xtina’s camp this is gonna be great for Leona also and helping out an artist that is under Simon Cowells wing is gonna do wonders for TV promotion for Xtina especially as X factor is about to go world wide
Please, let’s not forget that Christina’s B2B tour was the biggest selling female concert of that year, even outdoing Beyonce Experience. She’s been gone for four years, let’s give her some time. And let’s also not forget that Christina is known for having opening acts in her concerts. She had Pussycat Dolls, Danity Kane and even Destiny’s Child.

You just made a complete idiot out of yourself. Almost all of the venue has the sitting capacity of 15000-25000. Even the famous Madison Square Garden can only boast 20000 seats. Get your facts right.
Christina said that she has every intention of going on a worldwide tour. This is just the first of concert dates. I hope that she comes here in Asia. I so can’t wait. 🙂

This is good for Leona, as it will expose her to a new audience. Plus it’s better than her trying to bring her tour over here so soon. My guess is she’ll release album 3, it’ll hopefully do better this time, and then she’ll bring her Labyrinth tour (which is said it’s going to be amazing) over here early next year.
Anyways, two of music’s best voices on one stage? Yes please! Hopefully we get a duet.

Lady GaGa did do some of her shows in theaters but they had about 8,000-20,000 people in attendance. Also, Christina’s last tour grossed 48.1 million dollars overall and on top of that she had two female pop groups as an opening act, which included the Pussycat Dolls who were smokin hot at that time.
