Monica is the eptiome that you can only get better with age. Her vocal ability has become quite dramatic; loaded with a thick and noticeable virbrato, with all the quick trills and warbly melismas that she does, Monica’s voice has enough personality within itself. True, she does lack stage presence, but there is a essence with the music she sings. I’d go see her. P.S.: am I the only one who noticed how the video was revamped to replay the same 2 minutes?
Monica sounds wonderful and it is good to see the future of R&B music giving props to the ones who came before them. Monica’s tribute to Whitney Houston is fitting. Monica is a powerhouse vocalist and she has a long future ahead of her. Whitney would be proud. I love Monica’s voice. Monica is a true and genuine vocalist. Her vibrato is on point.
