Pop starlet Alesha Dixon released the video for new single ‘Radio’ today. The song serves as the second single to be lifted from forthcoming LP ‘The Entertainer’ (due November 29th).

While I can appreciate the American gloss the video boasts, its minimalist narrative and set-up has me wondering why they bothered crossing the pond to begin with. After all, for what it was, they could have easily shot it here.

Still, a commendable effort nonetheless – one which Dixon will no doubt be hoping ‘catches on’ after the shaky chart start the project got off to (see: ‘Drummer Boy’). The former Misteeq star may be in luck, given that the song has been received markedly better than its limp predecessor.
