Wow! That was beautiful! I actually just came back from a private screening last night with low expectations, but I was shocked by how amazing the movie is. It’s very well-written and the acting is exceptional. I thought it was going to be cheesy like Glitter or Showgirls, but it’s actually a little Cabaret, Moulin Rouge, Chicago and Nine all mixed into one. Stanley Tucci is incredible (stole the show), Cher is perfect as Tess, and Christina is impressive as Ali. She’s definitely a natural, and I’m looking forward to see what she does next, acting-wise. So you guys should check it out when you get the chance. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

She sounded GREAT! Her appearance or mood is not gonna be at best you can tell she’s VERY hurt by the divorce/separation of her what was husband. She’s gained weight, she’s not kept up like she used to (hair, outfits). Look @ her when she started “Bionic” era, & look @ her now. Remember when she was going with that dude during her debut era, she became very depressed & that’s what led to the deep, dark, soul of “Stripped.”

Overall good performance. Outfit and hair wise she has seen much better day and unfortunately in his day and age appearance is important and if she is expecting to make a comeback she need to pull out the stop. We all know she has the talent but the question is what are our you going to bring to the table against your peers (Britney Gaga Beyonce Rihanna) Stop half assing it xtina! Come hungry!

I’m glad she chose to do a Ballad for Leno, I’m sure for the AMAs and Dancing with the Stars she will do the more fun uptempo stuff. Plus, it’s part of the promotional stuff that goes to make sure the song gets nominated for best Original Song.
I got to see the movie last night (sneek preview), she did an amazing job in the movie, every time she sang i got chills. Cher also did a really good job!

her power is her vocals and the song is about the character in her movie, this girl that’s basically never had someone in her life (her mom died at a young age and she was left on her own) and she is finally deciding to let all her guards go. It’s part of the Soundtrack, it isn’t like it is something from her upcoming album.
I personally LOVE that Xtina is still one of the few artists that will still do deep ballads when everyone else is scared to go there.
