Bajan model Rihanna made a surprise appearance on tonight’s episode of the X-Factor, taking to the stage with finalist Matt Cardle to perform her 2006 hit ‘Unfaithful’.

Credit where it’s due, Ms. Fenty certainly held her own. Not difficult given Cardle’s uncharacteristically ‘off’ vocal showing. What’s more, if ever there was a time RiRi the ear-drum slayer was at her nasal worst, it was during the ‘A Girl Like Me’ era. Hence tonight’s rendition couldn’t have been worse than the original recording if she tried.
