Pop star Jordin Sparks turned heads on the red carpet at Muhammad Ali’s Celebrity Fight Night X. The ‘Battlefield’ singer, who has been out of the limelight for almost a year, revealed a much slimmer frame while arriving at the event in Pheonix, Arizona this weekend.

It amazes me how negative people are…spewing negative comments like “she’s still fat”, meanwhile their the ones drinking Crisco and eating chocolate-covered-fried-chicken as they’re typing hateful messages. Half these people that you think are in shape are unhealthy. They yo-yo diet to get ready for album release dates, and their photos are airbrushed beyond humanly limits. Smoke and mirrors folks, smoke and mirrors. Being skinny does not equate to being healthy, so as we say that she needs to loose additional weight, just remember that – because there are millions of people who believe being skinny is the objective, and KILL themselves in the process. It’s about being healthy NOT skinny!!!
Like I said before, its all about perspective – if a person doesn’t not think much of themselves, how exactly do you expect them to find value in others??? Check yourself before you pass judgment on others – because you’ll soon notice, your negativity is just a reflection of how you feel about yourself.
