The Pop superstar took a break from her sell-out world tour to attend the charity event, which was held in Antibes, France.

Upon turning 45 this week (I know), the ever-youthful star told fans that the best gift they could give her would be a monetary donation to amFar; a cause which she has long been an advocate for. More power to her.
