Last night, boy band JLS surprised fans during a concert when they performed the song ‘Price Tag’, the smash hit single by Pop riot Jessie J.

Dressed in their trademark ‘matching but not matching’ fashions, the boys did their best to pay homage to the starlet during a set in the city of Hull.

It is ironic that Not Boys 2 Men performed this number when it could be argued that the song was written about artists like themselves. For there as much as they’d like to have their fans think otherwise, there is no doubt that their ‘creative direction’ is more driven toward chart success than artistic expression.
