Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears may no longer be together, yet that hasn’t stopped the former NSync singer from remarking on the state of his one-time partner.
Speaking in the latest issue of Playboy magazine, the 30 year old had many an interesting word to say about the critique levelled against Spears.

Also, in Britney’s defense, if you pulled up a video I did from 2003, I couldn’t do the shit I did then either.”

Yes, there exists a sect of folk who talk smack for the sake of it. However, it’s so 2001 to sit moaning about ‘anonymous folk’ on the net. It is, after all, 2011 and these ‘internet people’ now make up a significant portion of the record buying public. These same people have eyes and, like the masses, should be able to call BS when they see it. After all, it’s not their fault Britney performs like she’s been sedated.
With such an archaic and ill-informed perspective, it’ll sure be interesting to see how Justin would fare should he resurrect his successful, yet overrated solo career.

@ Kavion…I totally agree with you. They have big ass mouth on their blogs but can’t say s*** when they come face to face with these celebs. My observation about all this s*** is that Britney, Rihanna and Gaga are the most talked about celebs today. Therefore they will talk s*** about Britney and Rihanna any opportunity they get cus they know these girls are the ones who attract the people. More people coming to their site to defend their celebs, more money in their pockets. They probably talk s*** about Rihanna and Britney and compare them to Gaga but behind closed doors, on their ipods, in their cars etc they damn well blasting Man Down and Till the World ends!

He’s hilarious. He tried so hard to defend Britney against the truth, but was no where to be found when he should have stood by and supported Janet. Age has absolutely NOTHING to do with it. Janet, Michael, J.Lo and others were able to dance even harder at age 30…hell, Janet’s still going hard and she turned 45. Even Madonna’s still able to move around on stage and she’s like in her 60s. Britney’s too drugged up, dead in the eyes and out of it on stage AND in videos. And I hope he knows trying to ignore the truth doesn’t help Britney at all. He’s just as bad as her team when they tell her she did an amazing job during performances and whatnot after she asks them how she did.
