In what will be sure to serve a boost for the controversy-stricken ‘Michael Jackson Forever’ concert, Pop force Beyonce has been confirmed as the latest entertainer to sign on to tribute the man she has heralded as her idol.

According to organisers, Global Events Live, the diva will “beam in” a performance from the US at the October 8th show – which takes place at Millenium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.
The budding icon joins the likes of Leona Lewis, Christina Aguilera, JLS, Cee-Lo and Alexandra Burke on the bill – which understandably, yet a tad awkwardly features many a UK act unaffiliated and arguably uninfluenced by MJ (see: Pixie Lott). Still a solid collective line-up, one which Beyonce’s involvement (albeit beamed in) certainly lends heightened star-power to.
