As has been abuzz all summer, pop icon Cher has teamed up with it-girl Lady Gaga for the song ‘The Greatest Thing’. Confirmed earlier this summer, the ‘If I Could Turn Back Time’ singer took to Twitter recently to announce fans can expect the single in September.
Said to be the lead single from Cher’s forthcoming 26th studio release, fans anxious for a listen can hear Gaga’s demo after the jump:

In related Gaga news, fans should tune into MTV tonight at 7:50pm E for the official premiere of the starlet’s latest single ‘You & I’. As reported here, the ‘Poker Face’ singer will be unveiling a ‘big surprise’.

Bionic just bound to Flop, no matter what Xtina fans support her to death. (We mostly crossedpath defending her in TGJ right?). It bound to Flop because the amount of Haters dominated 2010 = bad media (blogs, articles, news), some Monopoly/conspiracy on her radio airplay, & all other bad things.

I agree! It’s so obvious that she’s been copying Christina! All you have to do is a little research to see that she’s been copying he from the beginning. Many of Gaga’s wild outfits from the beginning are almost carbon copies of a brilliant photoshoot that Xtina did with Ellen Von Unwerth back in 2004. The cover of Gaga’s remix album (with the pink wig/over eye hat with a feather) is completely taken from that photoshoot. She’s been blatantly copying Xtina for a while now and no one says ANYTHING! it’s outrageous that she can get away with it! She’s literally working with all these people that Christina has worked with. How does that not seem weird? I agree with the above poster that she is starting to resemble Xtina a la Back to Basics! She said she wants to do a jazz album and worked with Tony Bennett and has been doing some jazzy stuff lately. People need to wake up and realize that Gaga is nothing but a conglomeration of better, more original artists before her. Gaga also has continually ripped off an Estonian artist named Kerli for YEARS. This poor girl hates Gaga because Gaga got so famous by ripping off her style, especially her hairstyles. If you google ‘Kerli Gaga’ you’ll see just how much Gaga has ripped her off. I thought she hadn’t ripped her off in a long time, but then I saw that Kerli had just done the teal hair too and before Gaga. So sad that Gaga has no shame to rip off other artists and use it for her own gain. She truly is a MONSTER.
