Keyshia Cole Announces New Management

Published: Wednesday 3rd Aug 2011 by Rashad

R&B diva Keyshia Cole‘s career seems to be steadily on the up-and-up.  For, while currently on tour, announcing the filming of a new reality show, and a movie in the works, the ‘I Changed My Mind’ singer has now revealed she is under new management:

This is clearly the step Mrs. Gibson needs to take given her past commercial failures (see: ‘Calling All Hearts’) as  Kevin Liles, former Def Jam president and EVP of Warner Music Group, has been an instrumental force behind the success of some of Urban Pop’s biggest names (Jay Z, Kanye West, Ashanti, etc).  Most recently he was cited as the branding force that helped place Trey Songz on the global market.    And, if Liles managed to put Trigga on the map, he could certainly do wonders for someone who can actually sing Cole.
