Sure to appease many of Nicki Minaj‘s support base, the above seems to be train of thought behind the creative process of her upcoming LP, that is- if comments made by producer Kane Beatz are anything to go by.

Responsible for producing the likes of ‘Dear Old Nicki‘ and the smash hit ‘SuperBass’, which both feature on the Rapper’s debut cd, he has confirmed that he has signed on to work on her sophomore album just months before its release.

With ‘Friday’ undoubtedly the New York native’s  unashamed love letter to Pop music, let us hope that this album delivers the diversity  many accused its predecessor of  lacking.

Will this new album forces the world to acknowledge Minaj’s undeniable talent?

Or will it only serve to spawn two or three Hot 100 smashes that overshadow the rest of its material ,in the way songs like ‘Here I Am’ remain in the shadows of ‘SuperBass‘ and ‘Fly‘.
