Tis the season to be jolly, and with Christmas around the corner, R&B diva Kelly Rowland got into the festive spirit with jazz megastar Michael Buble.
The ‘Motivation’ singer teamed up with the award-winning crooner for his ITV special (which aired last night), delivering a silky smooth rendition of Holiday classic ‘White Christmas’.

After seeing this performance and remembering the “river deep, mountain high” she did on the x factor, i’m thinking Kelly should consider exploing different styles of music than the ones she has been doing on her album.
She is actually a really good singer and more versatile than I thought…
Love it, made me think of their two voices already blending perfectly on “How deep is your love…”

This performance was like the brandy spiked, hot apple cider, I had while watching it…. Delicious with a kick!
They were great.
This was a vocal performance not a visual performance so naturally she is going to sound great. I’ve heard her sing just as good and better on other vocal performances. The problem is people judge Kelly’s vocals on her mainstream visual performances where she is dancing and jumping up and down. She usually opts to sing live versus 95% of others lip sync. In the history of music, you can count on one hand the amount of people who were able to sing live while doing a dance routine and have a flawless vocal. Her sister isn’t one of them because she lip syncs just as much as pop artist. Kelly is one of the best singers out today. However, in the genre(s) she does people want to see her dance and work the stage not stand there and sing. I can barely dance and not be out of breath so I can imagine the kind of control doing both takes so big props to kelly!

Kelly sounded amazing. I’ve noticed that it depends on her setting to determine what kind of vocals she will deliver. But she put it down. She ALWAYS deliver s in Acoustics settings and in settings with a small crowd. She really do have the potential to be one of the best singers out today (My opinion) If she always delivered vocal performances like this one. She showed great control here with ease.

@truth teller.. the reason kelly’s album is not doing well is half the album songs are already top 10 hits and sold many records.. pple bought most songs already as singles and they did well, comander, when love takes over , down for watever, what a feeling, ect have been reliesed already and they did well its just the album timing that was abit late .. and many pple bought the us version when it was out.. if only they were released same time..

I think Kelly has a confidence when sharing a stage versus being solo that determines how she sounds.

Down to this performance she did a strong 60%. I am a vocal coach and I wouldn’t say she killed it, She didn’t eat it up. She tried but definitely could have been better if it were Christina, Beyonce or other A-list celeb.

I am a vocal coach for a living. So, I will attest that this is the genre that best suits her voice. Job WELL DONE- and the hatred is ridiculous. Kelly Rowland has the chops and the personality. She just needs a new direction
