Jason Derulo has been a little down on his luck recently.

From facing the surprisingly low sales of his LP ‘Future History’ to fracturing his neck during a tour rehearsal, the last few months have indeed been trying for the Pop maestro.

Now, in what will be sure to brighten up his currently overcast image, he has confirmed his relationship with American Idol winner Jordin Sparks.

Speaking to People Magazine, the ‘Breathing’ belter confessed:

We are together.

She lives in Phoenix and she comes [to Miami] and takes care of me, brings me breakfast in bed and she’ll go on walks with me. We’ve gotten closer because of my accident. It’s awesome to have someone you can talk to and she’s a wonderful person.
