2012 is so exciting! All the artists that I essentially grew up with are making comebacks. However, the heavy hitters for 2012 will be Nicki, Usher, Chris Brown, and Christina Aguilera.
Sam left off Pink and Ke$ha….who are the two artists I’m putting all my eggs in. Sadly, I just don’t have hope for a few. I think the same thing will happen to many of these artists….specifically Ciara, Ashanti, Brandy, Monica, and Leona Lewis. This is obviously the year of the female.
Gaga releasing another album so soon is pure disastrous. She sees that her singles aren’t doing well. GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD AND TAKE A BREAK!

I’m interesting in hearing Brandy’s new material but her last two albums did nothing for me. Brandy is still my girl from back in the day so I might support her regardless. I just can’t wait to hear something.
I’ve always supported Alicia but her last album bored me to tears. ‘Unthinkable’ was the only record that saved it for me. Hope her next album is better.
I used to love me some Mariah but she hasn’t impressed me since ‘Emancipation of MiMi’. She doesn’t have the voice she used to so she has resorted to meaningless pop songs like “Touch My Body’ and ‘Obsessed’ and trying to push the s** sells thing. I’m not here for that. I hppe she gets back to singing on this new album.
Monica’s last two singles disappointed me but I guess I will check her out. Don’t know if I will but it yet.
Ashanti used to be my girl but both her last albums disappointed me too and I don’t like her single with Busta so I doubt I will be buying. I will check it out her material though.
Usher used to be my dude, and I did ‘like’ his last album but we all know he’s fallen off since ‘Confessions’. I will have to hear some hot s*** before I decide to buy.
Nicki put out two garbage singles, they flopped and were panned even by her fans, then they became ‘buzz’ singles. ‘Stupid H**’ pissed me off so much because instead of releasing quality material she is too busy dissing Kim. That’s all I need to know about her. I’m NOT supporting!
As for the rest….blah. Good luck to them though.

The only albums I’m likely to buy this year are Gaga’s (if she puts one out, its not definite yet) and maybe Talk That Talk by Rihanna. I actually buy my music on CD (for albums at least, don’t mind legal downloads for single tracks) rather than illegally downloading it, I noticed someone above saying they would get them all for free, way to support your favourites – NOT! This is a pet hate of mine, how many of you illegal downloaders would walk into a shop and walk out with a CD without paying? Theft is theft ;o)
