Chris Brown‘s comeback campaign is set to come full circle this Sunday, for it has been announced that he’ll be making a grand return to the Grammy Awards stage.
Full story after the jump…
It’s been more 3 years since the dynamo performer took centre-stage at the industry extravaganza. And by no coincidence either.
Indeed, it was the night before the 2009 ceremony when the infamous “incident” between Brown and then-girlfriend Rihanna took place. An “incident” which would change the course of both of their careers.
However, recent times have seen the 22 year stage a remarkable bounce-back, racking up impressive record sales and claiming back public favour. A resurgence the Grammy committee clearly endorse, after nominating Brown for three awards (including Best R&B Album for ‘F.A.M.E’) and now inviting him to perform.
The 54th Annual Grammy Awards airs this Sunday live from Los Angeles’ Staples Center.

We’re all for talent here at TGJ, hence it’s great to see Chris’ transgressions finally being laid to rest and his talent recognised. Needless to say, his new album ‘Fortune’ (due this Q2), couldn’t have been more aptly titled.
