For, fresh off the release of her online smash ‘Bad Girls’, she has inked a deal with Jay Z‘s Roc Nation.

Set to release her forthcoming LP under the label, MIA’s signing marks the latest venture the folks over at ROC have embarked on within the last four years.
In 2008, the group picked up Brit song bird Rita Ora and allegedly signed Colombian icon Shakira in the earlier part of this year, adding to their already extensive roster which includes Rihanna, Melanie Fiona and ‘Who Dat’ maestro J.Cole.
To date, MIA has scored three US Dance Top 20s by way of ‘Paperplanes‘, ‘Jimmy’ and ‘Boyz’, launching her own label ‘N.E.E.T Recordings‘ under Universal Music in 2008.
Later this year, she will release the official ‘Bad Girls’ remix with confirmed features from Azealia Banks, Rye Rye and Rap icon Missy Elliott.
