Rihanna Rocks American Idol Finale

With hopes of showing young talented hopefuls everything they should not aspire to be as performers, American Idol executives tapped ‘Where Have You Been’ bleater Rihanna to lend a live rendition of her most recent hit.

Joining a bill that also featured Jennifer Lopez, Jason Derulo, Fantasia and more, the Barbadian beauty brought ‘Been’ to its largest stage yet much to fan delight.

Being the unbiased, family site that we are, we must give credit where credit is due. With that said, we must credit the audience for being able to sit there and endure that performance without filing formal complaints or lawsuits against ‘Idol’ or any of its FOX affiliates.

All jokes aside, we give Rihanna props for making strides toward improvement. Nevertheless, the light show, though quite the spectacle, did little to distract from her mechanical whine or intermittent appearances of absence throughout the song unfortunately.

Here’s hoping that Riri continues to perfect her craft and lends more time to rehearsals and less to the ol’ puff puff in the future.
