In response to reports he is responsible for attacking Pop star Chris Brown at New York club last night, Drake representatives have released a statement dispelling these claims- which have dominated the web all day.
Official statement below…
Drake did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind last night at W.i.P. He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began.”
[Drake] did not engage in any activity which resulted in injury to person or damage to property.
Sure he didn’t (!).
Clearly, upon learning of the damage caused to the W.i.P, Drake is trying to distance himself from the mess before the Rihanna Concert hits the fan.
When it comes to Chris, we really don’t envy his publicists right about now, forced to deal with this and the launch of a new album all at the same time.
An album, many were hoping would see his music and not madness put first. Unfortunately for him, this doesn’t look too promising.
