It’s been a (very) long time coming, but change has finally come for Leona Lewis’ ‘Glassheart’ LP. Or so it seems.
Many will remember the project stalled something vicious when lead single ‘Collide’ under-performed last summer. However, it appears the album -which has been retooled by Clive Davis and was slated for a November release – is heading to stores sooner than one might think…
Details below…
Speaking to Yahoo recently, Lewis said:
“It’s hard writing an album, it takes a while, you can’t rush it out — so you’re away for a bit. My album will be out at the end of the summer.
I’ve had to be strong and courageous in what you want. Simon Cowell knew I was an artist not just a singer who’d sing any song.
And now I have full creative control from the promotion, photo shoots and the video — it’s taken a while to get but I’ve got it now.”

Here’s hoping she brings the heat this “Summer”, and of course that the “Summer” tag indeed sticks. For, it -quite literally-has been too long.
