After exclusively revealing her new single plans That Grape Juice, media darling Cheryl Cole has premiered ‘Screw You’ – one of the cuts in contention to serve as the follow-up to current smash ‘Call My Name’.
Continuing the sometimes-singer’s foray into the world of “Urban”, the track -which features on her ‘A Million Lights’ LP- boasts an 8-bar verse from British rapper Wretch 32.
Take a listen after the jump…
Once again, stellar production. As with most Cole cuts, an edible medley of madness is served up on the production tip, so as to create the perfect backdrop to tuck away her vocal inadequacies.
Indeed, the busy beat here skillfully and willfully distracts from the fact that her “voice” has been baked, fried, and sizzled beyond recognition; which given her recent performance in front of the Queen was probably for the best.
‘A Million Lights’ hits stores on June 18th.

Found myself boppin my head.
Her best song so far, easily! This is do-hoooo-opeee.
It’s okay 🙂
Her voice lacks any kind of emotion, its just the same tuneless monotone that pollutes all of her songs. Sometimes the wrong people get okay/good songs
She needs to stop making music….i don’t think this girl has any talent, not enough to be famous anyway (and i mean global not national)
