Shocker: Cheryl Cole Lip Synchs On ‘The Graham Norton’ Show.

Published: Friday 8th Jun 2012 by David

Now she’s cut ties with the ITV network, it seems Cheryl Cole has turned to its rival BBC to push her forthcoming ‘ A Million Lights‘ Lp.

From her stellar performance on The Voice UK to her to her ‘telling’ set at the Queen’s ‘Jubilee’ concert, Cole’s return to the charts has rather interestingly centered around appearances on the channel.

Now watch her lip synch her way through her new single ‘Call My Name‘ on ‘The Graham Norton’ show, armed with a well produced but poorly delivered backing vocal.

While we’ll commend Cheryl for re-recording the cut for ‘live purposes’, it’s safe to say the campaign for this project is likely to be shorter than that of ‘Messy Little Raindrop’s.

For, as the above performance proves, Cole cannot carry the success of the LP on the back of appearances like these.

Appearances , which though tick many a superficial box, will do nothing to shift real units once release day swings by.

Appearances, that have little to say for a career which almost spans a decade but it is yet to secure her the solo success worthy of the silicone statistics her team stay pushing to the British public.
