Ppl really need to chill on attacking people who can’t sing like national anthem like whitney or a beyonce .. Its a hard song to sing and we should just be applauding those that have the courage to do it! Its crazy how adults can so so immature ..

  5. i’m not throwing shade, but… August 18, 2012

Who allowed her to preform? Was there no sound checks prior? Why was she singing so slow?

  6. Lax August 18, 2012

My goodness people are always trying to make something
    out of nothing.

look at all the people reaction lmao!!! The h** need to take several seats. Let the pro like Rihanna get the job done 😉

    • Martyn August 18, 2012

HA! I’d love to see Rihanna attempt to ‘sing’ the national anthem. She’d probably do a nice autotuned poptrash version.

I’d love to see those people who attack others get out there in front of the world and sing that song in front of others and not mess up and see what its like. It’s amazing how much focus is placed on females in the social media for their weight, flubbing lyrics, partying, etc…whatever the case might be but you NEVER see men being treated like some anti Christ to music.

    • THE LEGENDARY LAX August 18, 2012

that was bad!!!!!! I can understand if she miss a few parts of the song but she mess up as soon she open her mouth!!!

    • That B*tch (would you like a rihfund with that)? August 18, 2012

The majority of the people attacking her singing aren’t singers like this little girl, if you’re a singer then you better make sure you know how to sing well, point blank! There are no if’s, and’s, or but’s about it.

THEN STOP HAVING PEOPLE SING THE GODAMN NATIONAL ANTHEM

  10. Oh Yeah!!! August 18, 2012

It was pretty Bad! Hope she Survives it! Teasing can break your spirit!

  11. THE LEGENDARY LAX August 18, 2012

she no singer singing like that…NO way look at the reaction of those people….that was really bad….. she did’t mess up once…she mess up through the whole entire song

I read that a few days ago. It was nice of Christina. She has some bad experience on National anthems performances, so it was definitely appropriate for her to support the girl. I haven’t even watched the girl’s performance, but no matter how embarassinly bad it was (judging by the comments here), bullying is NOT justified.

  13. christinastherealtalent August 18, 2012

People u missed my point like u always do. It doesnt matter how bad of a singer you are. The courage alone to stand in front of thousands of people to sing that song is very brave to me. Like I said even people who can’t sing should try it just to see how it feels to be attacked and have your life threatened. I bet some of you can’t even sing but yet you’re sitting back judging others because they can’t. Why don’t you try doing what this little girl did and see how you like being attacked.

She actually sounded like Christina when she was that age

    • MC August 18, 2012

      lol

      • irene46 August 20, 2012

christina was much much better at that age.

  15. j August 18, 2012

Her voice isn’t that bad but seriously, didn’t they listen to her sing beforehand. This was the longest national anthem ever lol. Awkward! I applaud this little girl for singing in front of a huge crowd though and it looked like she enjoyed it.

  16. RG2 August 18, 2012

I think that with a few years in vocal training this young girl should be fine, I mean leave her alone people she is only eleven. Whoever set that girl up like that should be fired.

  17. JohnVidal(RIP Whitney-truegreat) August 18, 2012

Well I´m with Chistina on this. Poor little girl
That was the longest National Anthem I´ve ever heard though 🙂

  18. MC August 18, 2012

The girl gave her best and it didn’t work, so let it be people. It was really nice of Christina for reaching out to this girl. Hopefully the girl can move on from this.

  19. MRDIVABITCH August 19, 2012

Well, you could tell the little girl was influenced by Christina…similar vocal inflections and placement…

  20. irene46 August 20, 2012

she had christina’s style with gross exaggerations of christina’s flaws.

    • MRDIVABITCH August 20, 2012

      EXACTLY!

But that’s the problem with kids; they can only copy (good and bad things). It’s not till they are at least 16 that they can begin to form their own individual sound.
