Rita Ora Opens Up On Kosovo War, ‘First’ Album And ‘How We Do’

Published: Monday 27th Aug 2012 by David

With close affiliations to Rihanna, Jay Z and Beyonce, interviews with Pop Princess Rita Ora have found themselves centered on her standing with the trio, bypassing her own layered and unique story.

Fleeing Kosovo with her family before the breakout of war, Ora – up until recently- has kept mum on the details behind her move to the UK and the struggle both she and her family faced upon moving to the country.

Now watch her explain all during an interview with BBC Breakfast, followed by a performance of her #1 single ‘How We Do’ below…

been anticipating this album since this chick debuted and tgj keeps shoving her down our throats. downloaded the album cuz i’m not about to sit and wait for the US release. It sucks toe jam. lol talk about let down. none of the songs do her any good. i know she has a powerful voice but this album does little to showcase any of her abilities. I believe she’ll sell in her country but it ain’t a US make baby.

Eminem is still the most popular musician on Facebook. It was a tight race, but ultimately, the Detroit rapper bested both Lady Gaga (53 million) and Rihanna (59 million) to reach 60 million Facebook fans.

Eminem has long been the most popular person on the social networking site, after taking the honor away from Michael Jackson in 2009. However, thanks to her Rihanna Navy, Rihanna is fast approaching 60 million fans herself, with approximately of 59.4 million fans.

    PS
Rihanna has reached that milestone and the first Female to Accomplish this, thus Far.And will it help her get a # 1 album i don’t know and don’t give a dam as long as she can keep cracking that top ten spot, and go world wide some more like she has done twist in her career which we never hear about, that’s right sweep all the positive stuff Rihanna does under the rug and double lawyer her ass with NEGATIVITY! which in reality helps Rihanna to work harder and smarter.

If you had said Lady Gaga I would’ve punched my mum, r*** my dog then jump off London Bridge.

      • S****** Blonde August 27, 2012

I would never, she’s Mother Monster, not The Queen of Pop or Princess.

I have just seen Rita Ora Album commercial on TV. Dayum! Beyonce is not playing around, she is spending that money to make sure Rita is number 1. Sam, you made fun of rih, saying Rita ora had her 1st singles were number 1. One was not even hers, the other was collabo. However, Rih has the longest number 1, umbrella in the UK. WFL also was number 1 was 14 weeks in the USA. Quality over quantity. Rita may get UK number 1’s…..but she only spends a week or so at number 1.

Rih can spend 3 months at number 1 in the uk.

like really? another Rita post….there’s absolutely nothing interesting about this chick…her album is gonna flop in the USA btw

I’m not going to lie. Her album is TERRIBLE. It is way too hyped up for it to be like it is. That song with will.i.am is the worst excuse for a song I have ever heard. It’s wrong for them to put out promising singles and then have an album full of crap. It’s by far the worst album of the year. Jessie J’s overhyped album last year is miles better than this garbage and that is saying something.
