Britney Spears Anticipates Lady GaGa’s ‘ARTPOP’

She may be on the verge of kick starting a new era in her own career, but yesterday saw Britney Spears lend her support to another hotly anticipated project, Lady GaGa‘s ‘ARTPOP’.

Indeed, after the ‘Starstruck’ singer tweeted Spears ahead of ‘X Factor USA’ debut, Britney revealed that like GaGa’s ‘Monsters’, she too was looking forward to her new LP.

Their chit chat arrives after GaGa took to the UK’s Twickenham Stadium to deliver the first British showing of her ‘Born This Way Ball’, and after fans of Spears and supporters of ‘The Voice’ gem Christina Aguilera took to Twitter to air out their thoughts on their rekindled rivalry.

A rivalry, which is now seeing their respective television shows engage in a heated ratings war- further intensified by Aguilera’s announcement she was to release a her new album ‘Lotus‘ in November.
