The IFA Opening Gala welcomed Hip Hop heavyweight 50 Cent in Berlin two nights ago, where he rubbed shoulders with CEOs from some of the world’s leading electronic companies.

This, hours after losing his close friend and mentor Chris Lighty, on whom he said to MTV:

He was a good friend and advisor who helped me develop as an artist and businessman. My prayers are with his family. He will be greatly missed.
