Kelly Clarkson Added To ‘VH1 Divas’ Line Up

After confirming Kelly Rowland, Ciara, Jordin Sparks and Miley Cyrus as acts set to perform at the event, today has seen VH1 Divas add even more talented ladies to the bill.

Talented ladies, which include the phenomenal Kelly Clarkson and the incomparable Melanie Fiona.

Airing Sunday December 16th, the show will benefit VH1’s ‘Save The Music’ Foundation and will also see ‘Gasolina’ Rapper Pitbull take to the stage.

VH1’s beloved, popular franchise “VH1 Divas” announced today additional performers to join this year’s dance music tribute Kelly ClarksonMelanie FionaMetric and Pitbull will join VH1’s dance party, along with Havana Brown as House DJ/artist. Airing live from the L.A. Shrine Auditorium “VH1 Divas” will be hosted by Adam Lambert on Sunday, December 16 at 9PM/8c on VH1. This year “VH1 Divas” red carpet will be live streamed on DIVAS.VH1.com on Sunday, December 16 from 7-9PM ET/4-6PM PT (#VH1DIVAS). Sponsored by Samsung, the live stream will provide fans an unfiltered front-row seat to all the red carpet action and will feature real time interviews with entertainment’s biggest stars. Beginning Monday, December 17, fans can view a curated red carpet highlights video on DIVAS.VH1.com.

“VH1 Divas” is bringing together Ciara,Miley Cyrus,Demi LovatoKelly Rowland and Jordin Sparks to pay homage to the greatest divas of dance music with performances featuring current and classic dance hits. In the spirit of celebration and appreciation VH1 Divas will include a tribute to two divas we lost this past year, whose voices always lead us straight to the dance floor, Whitney Houston and Donna Summer.

As in previous years, this edition of “VH1 Divas” will benefit the VH1 Save The Music Foundationa non-profit organization dedicated to keeping music education alive in American public schools.
