With a cool 1 million copies sold worldwide, Nicki Minaj’s ‘Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded’ is- as far as her fans are concerned- one of the year’s strongest releases.
However, by way of ‘niche’ cuts like ‘Beez In The Trap’, the project has undoubtedly failed to the grip to the casual listener in the way her debut, ‘Pink Friday’, did back in 2010.
Now, the Rapper hopes to right this wrong with the release of ‘The Re-Up’ this Monday, packing 8 new numbers in addition to the original numbers on ‘Reloaded’. 8 new numbers, that include the brand spanking new number ‘High School’, featuring Lil Wayne.

Fire!
Clearly drawing on what made ‘Friday’ so enjoyable, ‘High School’ serves a wicked flow, a killer instrumental and the lyrical delivery her fans are in awe of, but the wider public may not have been aware of…until now.
As far its standing among her other releases this year, ‘School’ boasts the cleanest bridge between Hip Hop and Rap and at times makes for frustrating listening, considering how much faster ‘Reloaded’ would have sold had this and ‘Freedom‘ been on it.
