Juanita Bynum Arrested in Dallas

‘I Don’t Mind Waiting’ wailer Juanita Bynum had new reason to sing that song this week as reports flooded the Internet that the televangelist was arrested for failure to appear in court for a civil proceeding.  Word has it Bynum picked up and booked Thursday night, but was released the next day.

The civil proceeding stems from a suit filed against her after she failed to perform at a gig for which she was allegedly paid.  The songstress was ordered to pay $140, 000, of which (according to the plaintiff), she’s paid none.
