I mean, this single is not just for Adult Contemporary (like all her songs/albums in the last decade, which I love). This has an universal appeal, very pop.
If her team cared, they would make one of those radio deals most artists try, so the song could be a radio hit. It would be, I have no doubt, even with the age disadvantage. Look at Mariah having a hit single after 40 thanks to some proper promo. True greats never fail to amaze. She keeps selling albums and tours so she probably doesn´t care about singles charts even if she has a hit in her hands though.

Celine Dion is the greatest solo female vocalist in the popular music genre. She is vocally superior to both Miariah and Whitney. All evidence shows that the former has lost her ability to sing and the latter succumbed to drugs and all but eroded her vocal abilities. Buy the time Whitney died in her bath tub hotel room with drug cocktail fit for cancer patient, she had all but lost her ability to sing, evidences by the horror performances of I will always love you in the tour she took for her last album. At one of those shows, the singing was so terrifying the audience forsakes their money and left the concert in duration, it was even in the news in Australia. Celine’s voice has lasted so long and it remains so pure, all she requires is a microphone and a light. To all those lip-synching theorists, you need to by her live DVDs.
I had the privilege of seeing her for 90 minutes live in concert at the ABSA stadium in South Africa during her Taking Chances World Tour. Her voice is better than it sounds, the music she sings does not do the same justice to her voice as she does to the music.
