Yesterday saw a judge revoke probation for Pop Prince Chris Brown– put in place after his 2009 assault on ‘Shut Up & Drive‘ entertainer, Rihanna.

Back in May, the philanthropic performer was involved in an alleged hit and run incident in the city of LA, prompting Jackie Lacey‘s LA Country District Attorney’s Office to seek revocation of the five year long probation he had initially been put on.
Snapped in court (as seen above), the entertainer heard the decision to revoke his probation came after allegations he fled the scene of the alleged accident, with his alleged victim claiming he refused to hand over his license, registration or insurance info upon request.
According to legal documents published following the drama, Brown ‘willfully and unlawfully broke the law in the hit-and-run incident’, and could see him face four years in prison if the probation is revoked in August, when he is due back in court.
