The past few years have seen former B2k member Raz B‘s name riddled with negative press – from explosive clashes with former group members to allegations of childhood molestation against their manager Chris Stokes.
While most of the reports surrounding Raz have cooled since his relocation to China, last night brought with it news the singer was involved in yet another altercation when he reportedly tried to break up a fight that left him injured from a bottle attack.
The injuries sustained from said event have worsened leaving Raz in a comatose state on life support, new reports say.

“R&B singer Raz-B is currently on life support in a hospital in China … just one day after he was smashed in the face with a bottle at a nightclub.
…Raz’s publicist, Toy Jones, who tells us, “He is in a coma and needs as many prayers as possible.”…the 28-year-old was performing at a club in China on Thursday and was smashed in the face with a glass bottle while trying to break up a fight that erupted in the crowd.
Raz received medical attention hours after the incident –and underwent minor surgery to repair a gash in his lip.”

According to TMZ, the former B2K member has been breathing from a ventilator and slipping in and out of consciousness while his brain activity was being tested by doctors who “determined the situation was dire”.
That Grape Juice readers may recall this isn’t the first time Raz has experienced a “near death encounter” while in China. As reported here, the ‘Bump Bump Bump’ suffered just that after he fell through a glass and sustained severe hand injuries.
