A twenty year old fan of ‘Dutty Love‘ purveyor Sean Kingston has accused the star and members of his entourage of gang raping her, after attending a Justin Bieber concert three years ago.

Aged 19 at the time, Ms. Carissa Capeloto alleges that after attending a concert put on by Bieber, she was invited for a ‘meet and greet’ session by Kingston, an opening act at the performer’s ‘My World Tour‘.
It was there, she claims, that she smoked marijuana and enjoyed seven shots of Vodka leaving her highly intoxicated and- as stated by her lawsuit – ‘incapable of consent’, yet was forced to perform sex acts on Kingston, his bodyguard and one member of the vocalist’s band against her will.
Fearing for her safety, Capeloto claims that a friend called the police and was later taken to a hospital, where she treated for physical injuries consistent with rape.
Seeking justice, the then 19 year old took the matter to the authorities but saw criminal charges against Kingston dropped when they decided her case wasn’t credible enough, after Kingston claimed the sex had been ‘100% consensual’.
Now, Capeloto is suing her alleged attackers for a minimum of $5 million- seeking compensation for the attack.
TMZ explain:
“Capeloto — who has sued all 3 men — alleges she’d been invited to Kingston’s hotel room for a meet-and-greet following a Bieber concert — where Kingston had also performed — but when she showed up … Kingston was waiting naked on his bed.
Capeloto claims the bodyguard picked her up and placed her on top of Kingston, and all three of the men proceeded to gang rape her while she was “obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent.”
Capeloto says her friend later entered the room and rescued her. The police were called and Capeloto was taken to the hospital where she says she was treated for physical injuries consistent with rape.
She says her life has been ruined … she can barely sleep, has mood swings and panic attacks.”
Kingston is yet to respond, but has been informed that trial has been set for November.
