After bidding adieu to the show’s British sibling to join producer Simon Cowell on its newly formed US panel, Cole was ousted from the position before the show aired on Kevin Reilley‘s ‘FOX‘, replaced by former ‘Pussycat Doll’ Nicole Scherzinger.
In her suit, the ‘Call My Name’ belle claimed she was owed money for seasons 1 and 2 of the talent competition, seeking a total of $2.3 million.
Fortunately, today has seen the dispute settled out of court for an undisclosed amount- agreed upon before the release of the chart topper’s fourth studio album and confirmed by her spokesperson, who shared:
“Cheryl’s dispute with Blue Orbit has been resolved amicably.”
