Earlier this year, Chris Brown and Frank Ocean found themselves rocking many a headline after engaging in a brawl that led to Ocean’s cousin filing a lawsuit against the ‘Wall to Wall’ singer.
Named Sha’keir Duarte, Ocean’s relative took legal action against Brown after he claimed the January 27th assault had seen him suffer humiliation, concussion and mental anguish.
Now, Chris is biting back, filing a countersuit against his supposed victim.

In response to Duarte’s claims, Brown has now filed a countersuit which sees him share his side of the story. A story, which he says started when Duarte kicked off the fight by kicking and punching him- after reports indicated Ocean provoked Brown when he took aim at Pop force Rihanna, whom he was dating at the time.
This, despite being hinted at by a number of Chris’ pals, is yet to be confirmed.
This is all because Rihanna is a ho. Yes it is girl. She spreads her legs so many men and Chris just didn’t know how to deal.
