Since giving birth to baby Axl back in August, Fergie has maintained a low profile of sorts.
Musically, though, the Pop star has been quiet for far longer. Indeed, the last official material the mother released was 2010’s ‘The Beginning’ as part of the Black Eyed Peas.
Yet, as reported last year, the 38-year-old once again has the musical itch – and is readying her second solo album.
During a visit to Ryan Seacrest‘s radio show today, Fergie Ferg updates fans on the status of the project and detailed her approach to making the LP, which serves as the follow-up to 2006’s mutli-Platinum smash ‘The Dutchess’.
Find out what she had to say after the jump…
Granted time isn’t particularly of the essence (see: industry’s unfair age bias), we’re entirely ready for a new Fergie LP! The first was a ball of fire and served as a great example of how Urban and Pop can co-exist with colossal results.
Who??
#GodSaveTheDutchess <3
what do you mean who? you must be about 10 years old because her album in 2006 outsold your faves. 8 million worldwide and 4 million in the us. plus single sales that add up to over 10x platinum. youre an idiot and your opinion is invalid.
Wow she’s 38? I never knew. Anyway, good for her. Hopefully the album doesn’t turn out completely generic like all the other pop ladies.
Please school dese lessors
That pic is airbrushed for the gawdz!
The Dutchess slayed my life back in the day, aswell as The Sweet Escape.
