Taking to Twitter today, Reid (who signed the trio to their first deal and steered them to the top of the charts) wrote:

Factually, the group were indeed missing in action from the label’s site – which begs the question: is there more to the story or was it an administrative oversight? Who knows.

In any case, it appears that it’ll be business as usual for the group’s surviving members T-Boz and Chilli; the duo, who continue work on their first original album since 2002’s ‘3D’, take to the stage tomorrow night at the 2013 American Music Awards.
