Lola Monroe Opens Up On ‘Taylor Gang’ Departure / Weighs In On Azealia Banks

Four years after Urban press pitted her against Grammy nominated Rap royal Nicki Minaj, Lola Monroe continues on in her quest for mainstream recognition this year, without the aid of former mentor Wiz Khalifa.

For, after partying ways with the performer’s ‘Taylor Gang’, Monroe now finds herself free of the ‘business differences’ she blames for the relationship’s demise, bidding adieu to Khalifa and gearing up to dominate 2014 with a brand she hopes rises well past ‘rookie’ status in 2014.

Her first stop? DJ Vlad’s sofa…where she bared all on her time in the ‘Gang’ and her thoughts on ‘1991’ performer Azealia Banks.
