‘We Found Love’ diva Rihanna may enjoy the benefit of a predominantly LGBT fan-base, but- if a reported remark she made on her personal Instagram account is anything to go by- their love for her is more rejected than it is requited.
Alas, in what’s sure to force many of these fans to rethink their stance on the star, last night saw her shock the world with a comment aimed at one fan who made the mistake of telling the vocalist that she was ‘going to hell.‘
Her supposed response?
Upon spotting a message left by one ‘Benvoy K. Seals’ which read, ‘Rihanna U Going To Hell Girl‘, the Grammy winning singer allegedly countered with…
‘Aren’t You Gay?’
Shocked by her words, a number of her fans sought to bill the above screen shot as fake, claiming it had been doctored to land the ‘MAC VIVA Glam’ spokeswoman in hot water. Unfortunately, their efforts came to no avail, as her response had already been spotted by the 4,000+ commenters who ‘liked’ the image, and ‘Seals’ himself, who took to Twitter to share:
*Update.
TMZ reports:
“The fan is now backtracking. He has deleted his original Instagram pic, a screengrab of Rihanna’s alleged anti-gay comment, and has posted a retraction instead … claiming the original image was photoshopped.”
