Rita Ora continues her uncanny winning streak this week.
For, it has been announced today that the Roc Nation priori has landed a spot on one of the UK’s biggest shows.

Moments ago, the BBC confirmed that the ‘I Will Never Let You Down’ belter has officially signed on as the fourth coach on their hit show The Voice UK.
The 23-year-old, who joins will.i.am, Tom Jones, and Ricky Wilson on the panel, replaces a departing Kylie Minogue – who left the show this year to focus on her tour.
Speaking about joining the show, Ora said:
“So excited to be part of – and for my team to win – The Voice this series!.
Let’s have some fun will.i.am, Tom and Ricky! I’m really looking forward to the blind auditions – and spinning in my big red chair. EXCITED!!!!”
Tom Jones added:
“I’m really looking forward to coming back to The Voice for season four.
Not only do I get to know and work with Rita, I can once again enjoy hearing and seeing the talent that comes from just about every corner of the UK.”
While wil.i.am weighed in with:
“Season four of The Voice is going to be amazing! Tom Jones is our rock, Ricky is awesome and it’s our pleasure to welcome the very talented Rita Ora.
Rita is sweet, spicy and sassy – she’s going to be a great addition to the coaches team.”
Ora’s arrival also appears to please Kaieser Chiefs star Ricky Wilson, who said in the statement that he’s sure the audience with “love her”.

While there’s always a degree of risk attached to “doing” such shows when still in an establishing phase of one’s career, there’s no denying that it’s a good look for Rita. After all, with her album now due in January – occupying a place on one of the UK’s biggest entertainment shows will provide a powerful platform to promote. What’s more, surely it’ll create opportunities to promote on the US incarnation of the show too? Whatever the case, congrats to Rita!
